In this document, "bk22", "we", "our", or "platform" refers to the bk22.mom website and all services connected to it. "User", "you", or "your" refers to any person who browses this website, creates an account, or uses any of its services.

bk22 is an online betting and casino platform providing entertainment gaming services for users in Bangladesh. Our platform offers cricket betting, live casino, slot games, and various card games.

1.2 Applicability of Terms

These terms and conditions apply in all of the following situations:

  • When browsing or visiting the bk22 website
  • When registering and managing a personal account
  • When playing any game or placing a bet
  • When making a deposit, withdrawal, or any other financial transaction
  • When claiming any promotional offer or bonus
  • When contacting customer support services

1.3 Right to Amend Terms

bk22 reserves the right to change, modify, or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as your acceptance of the revised terms. We therefore recommend reviewing this page regularly.

Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on the bk22 platform and use any gaming or betting services, users must be at least 21 years of age or older. We are committed to keeping minors away from gaming entirely. For the purpose of age verification, we may request identity documents or other supporting documents at any time.

If any user provides a false age, their account will be closed immediately and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Number of Accounts

Each user may create one account only. If the same person uses multiple accounts, it will be considered a violation of these terms and all accounts may be closed. All deposited funds and earned bonuses may also be cancelled.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

At the time of registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information is a violation of these terms. bk22 reserves the right to verify accounts and re-verify information at any time.

2.4 Account Security

The security of your account is entirely your responsibility. To that end:

  • Keep your password confidential and never share it with any third party.
  • If you notice any unauthorised access to your account, notify us immediately.
  • Use a strong password and change it regularly.
  • Always log out after logging in from a public or shared device.

Financial Transactions & Payments

3.1 Deposits

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds at bk22: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method.

Funds deposited into your account must come only from a payment method registered in your name. Deposits through third parties are strictly prohibited.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process. Withdrawals can only be made to a verified payment account in your own name.

If account verification is not complete, the withdrawal process may be put on hold. bk22 may request additional verification and delay withdrawals in the case of any suspicious transactions.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on the bk22 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Transactions in foreign currency are not accepted. If any conversion or exchange fee applies, it will be charged according to the rules of the respective payment method.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users at bk22 will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive an additional ৳1,000 as a bonus, making your total balance ৳2,000.

This bonus applies only once per account. If multiple accounts are created from the same household address, the same device, or the same payment method in an attempt to claim the bonus, all accounts may be closed.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

A wagering requirement of 10x (on the bonus amount) applies to any bonus at bk22. That means if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must complete a total of ৳10,000 in bets before withdrawing. Note that the wagering calculation applies only to the bonus amount, not the original deposit.

If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be cancelled. The original deposited funds will remain intact.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Any of the following activities will be considered bonus abuse and the bonus may be cancelled:

  • Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of using bonuses.
  • Strategically placing minimum bets solely to meet bonus conditions.
  • Claiming a bonus by depositing through a third party's account.
  • Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before the wagering requirement is met.

Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets at bk22 are recorded electronically. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled or changed, unless an exceptional situation arises due to a system error or instructions from the game provider. All betting outcomes are determined by the rules of the game and the applicable provider's regulations.

5.2 Sports Betting

For all sports betting including cricket, football, and kabaddi, the specific rules of each market apply. If any event is suspended, cancelled, or postponed indefinitely, bk22 will decide on the bet for each case at its own discretion.

Please note: the odds and markets displayed on bk22 are for informational and illustrative purposes only — no outcome is guaranteed.

5.3 Technical Errors

If the outcome of any bet is affected by a software, network, or technical error, bk22 reserves the right to declare that bet void and return the deposited funds. Claims for winnings arising from an obvious system error or incorrect odds may be rejected.

VIP Program & Cashback

6.1 VIP Tiers

The bk22 VIP program has four tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits:

  • Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
  • Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
  • Gold — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
  • Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

6.2 VIP Tier Changes

Based on your gaming activity and contributions, you may be promoted to a higher VIP tier. bk22 reserves the right to set and change VIP criteria at its own discretion. VIP benefits are non-transferable and apply only to the specific account.

Prohibited Activities

7.1 Strictly Prohibited

Engaging in any of the following activities is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

  • Fraud, manipulation, or strategic abuse.
  • Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
  • Assisting minors in creating accounts.
  • Exploiting system or software vulnerabilities.
  • Unauthorised access to another user's account.
  • Unauthorised use of the bk22 brand or logo.

8.1 Data Collection & Use

10.3 Right to Close Accounts

bk22 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account at any time, for any reason or no reason, particularly in cases of terms violations. An opportunity to withdraw legitimate funds will be given before account closure, though this may not apply in cases of rule violations.

Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

11.1 Governing Law

These terms and conditions and any matters related to the bk22 platform will be governed by applicable law. The invalidity of any provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
